About Natalie:
Natalie is a Surrey based psychotherapist working in private practice with couples and individuals, she’s a mental health podcaster, menopause advocate and has both a professional and personal interest in neuro diversity. In recent years she has also started her own journey with cold water exposure.
Life brings many challenges, no more so than in the time of a global pandemic and it is understandable that at times we might look for support in facing them. As a counsellor my role is to provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self-discovery; to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it.
Over the years I have developed an interest in neurodiversity and the impact it has on mental health, working with many clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asperger’s, ADD, ADHD and Dyslexia.
Traumatic events from childhood can have lasting effects that may result in addictive behaviours. Numbing our pain helps us survive. Together we can start to explore healthier more enriched ways of living.
I support women and their partners through menopause. This subject has been misunderstood and often ignored. Many women don’t realise the symptoms they are experiencing are due to peri-menopause/menopause.
