Stress. It’s real. It’s pervasive. It’s something so many misfits I work with battle day on day…
And what’s happening to us now on a physiological level is that we’re responding to that stress the way our ancestors would have responded to life-threatening danger.
In this episode, I’m joined by Dr Rachel Morris to talk about these instinctive responses to our “stuff” - fight, flight and freeze.
Listen on for:
- The perks (and limits) of self-awareness.
- How to handle your emotions in a way that will make you way more effective!
- How to make sure your fight or flight response doesn’t rule the show.
- The impact that true community can have on the way you engage with your fear.
