Episode 3
The one about Becoming a Wisdom Well - A Client Case Study Episode
In this week's episode, I speak to Jill Robinson, a movement, Pilates and Breathwork teacher with over 25 years of teaching fitness, holistic wellness and women’s health. This is the first in a series of episodes where I interview my clients so that you get a behind-the-scenes view of what its really like to work with me.
Listen on to hear:
- Where she was before working with me, what made her say yes even though I wasn't what she thought she was looking for, and why she highly recommends trusting your gut.
- The impact of the clarity and focus that she's gotten by embodying her Human Design. [2/4 Sacral Manifesting Generator]
- What has helped her go from feeling disorganised, unprepared and unprofessional, to feeling and behaving like the Wisdom Well that she actually is!
- What it's really like to have someone see beyond the layers that you outwardly project, and what opening up to deeper intimacy has done for her business, energy and bank balance.
Plus, in this week's behind-the-scenes 'The Patron Part with Jill Robinson' you get to hear the best and the worst bits of working with me. The most valuable part of her experience, her favourite bit, when she last felt truly satisfied, and the secret to reverse ageing!

This week's guest is a movement, Pilates and breathwork teacher
Speaker:with over 25 years experience teaching fitness, holistic
Speaker:wellness and women's health. She runs her popular Pilates studio
Speaker:in County Durham, and she fuses the physical with the mystical
Speaker:and believes that true health encompasses all the bodies of
Speaker:wellness physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. She has
Speaker:written about the embodied core which brings together science of
Speaker:pelvic and back pain in women with the deeper emotional and
Speaker:spiritual areas that are overlooked in modern medical
Speaker:assessments. She's also a client of mine and this episode is the
Speaker:first of a few where I take you behind the scenes and reveal
Speaker:what it's really like to work with me. This one is the one
Speaker:about becoming the wisdom well.
Speaker:You are listening to adulting with Ebonie. Season seven brings
Speaker:together neurodiversity Human Design and embodiment so that
Speaker:Gen X or millennial misfits, and late diagnosed neuro spaces
Speaker:become empowered, embodied and fully expressed. This is the
Speaker:show where I actively encourage you to feel your feelings rather
Speaker:than think that glow up, not grow up and become full of
Speaker:yourself. Because who the fuck else should you be full of each
Speaker:week I have real and raw conversations about what it
Speaker:takes to be fully resourced and have happy, healthy, intimate
Speaker:relationships as a dopamine deficient adult wanting to
Speaker:create a better future by being the change that you want to see
Speaker:in the world. I'm your host Ebonie Allard aka editing
Speaker:alchemy and late diagnosed AudHDer combined type Aspergers
Speaker:in case you'd like specifics artist, mystic and self
Speaker:actualization facilitator, I'm an international award winning
Speaker:multiple brain integration technique master coach with
Speaker:special interest in embodied human design for Neuro
Speaker:divergence. I've been in the personal development creativity
Speaker:and entrepreneurship spaces all of my life and as a five to
Speaker:emotional manifesting generator with a left angle cross of
Speaker:distraction. I am here to help you know what to trust, and what
Speaker:to tune out. Each week I share relatable practical ways that
Speaker:mean, you get to take less responsibility for more reward,
Speaker:and safely remove your camouflage for more belonging,
Speaker:acceptance and fulfilment. Ready, let's go.
Speaker:Hello, I'm excited for this conversation, you are the first
Speaker:in a little series of editing with ebony questions or
Speaker:interviews or whatever we want to call them where I thought I
Speaker:would bring on clients and have a little bit of a conversation
Speaker:about about adulting. And actually like what's changed or
Speaker:what your Yeah, so if I describe myself as a self actualization
Speaker:facilitator, right, which is fancy pants, right, for helping
Speaker:you become potentially more of an initiated adult, and awesome
Speaker:child like in your relation to life? I guess that's I kind of
Speaker:wanted to have the conversation about what your journey has been
Speaker:like whether that's how you would describe what it is that
Speaker:we do. Now, all of those sorts of things. So there's no like,
Speaker:set format necessarily. I just thought I'd have a conversation
Speaker:about where you were when we started. What the actual working
Speaker:with me bit and where you are now, how does that sound?
Speaker:That sounds good. Yes. So when I first contacted you, I think I
Speaker:thought I first found you on when you did a presentation on
Speaker:the breathwork course that I was on, you did a masterclass. And a
Speaker:lot of the stuff that you said actually resonated with me about
Speaker:having to rebuild your business a couple of times, and I've gone
Speaker:through similar situations. So when I contacted you, and you're
Speaker:like, I don't really do business coaching, but I do do business
Speaker:coaching, but I wouldn't describe myself as a business
Speaker:coach, and more of a self actualization coach, I was like,
Speaker:I don't know what that means. I didn't really know what my, what
Speaker:that would encompass. And so when we started working
Speaker:together, I didn't really have any expectations are low that I
Speaker:knew that I was ready to take my business to the next level. And
Speaker:I knew that I had things that I wanted to achieve with my
Speaker:business and places that I wanted to go with it. But I
Speaker:wasn't sure how to get there. Like the mechanics of it, where
Speaker:maybe I did not the mechanics, but I just needed someone to
Speaker:hold me accountable to all of that stuff. And then what we saw
Speaker:when we started working together, I was like, oh, and I
Speaker:think it was a little bit resistant. At first I was like
Speaker:Yeah, I know who I am. I know what I want to do. I know where
Speaker:I want to go. And then we had like, a moment where I was just
Speaker:like Ah, I had a massive breakdown moment I was just
Speaker:like, I'll do this. I don't know what I'm doing energetically and
Speaker:then it was just like actually, what Ebonie has been doing is
Speaker:like getting me to this point of almost not almost breakdown that
Speaker:sounds like really dramatic. It was
Speaker:My clients do this right? Could it sound any less scary. Um, but
Speaker:I want to come back because I do I want I love this and I want to
Speaker:go into it. But I also want to know like if you thought what
Speaker:you wanted was a business coach, and you thought what you wanted
Speaker:was accountability in the nicest possible Wait, why did you why
Speaker:did you say yes to working with me? Because we've just like
Speaker:you've just said you I said I'm not a business coach. And I
Speaker:probably also said, I'm not going to hold you accountable.
Speaker:That's what you're looking for. And then like I appeared in your
Speaker:world, and like, what was it that actually made you say,
Speaker:Yeah, I'm gonna give you more money than I want to, or
Speaker:something that isn't what I said.
Speaker:I don't know. But something felt like now that I know, I haven't
Speaker:worked with you how I make decisions. Cognitively. I cannot
Speaker:tell you what it was because I don't know. It wasn't a thought
Speaker:process that I went through was like Ebony's got that thing that
Speaker:I want? It was down here it was my gut that just went yeah,
Speaker:Ebonie's the coach, you need to have her. And whatever it takes.
Speaker:And as I've been working with you now, and we've been looking
Speaker:at human design, manifesting generator and all of that kind
Speaker:of stuff, that actually makes sense now that I just went with
Speaker:my gut feeling. And I knew that whatever it was going to offer
Speaker:was going to be the right day. I thought I didn't know what that
Speaker:was.
Speaker:And I just want to make that like, I love that you've shared
Speaker:it like that, because it is that that is how the best decisions
Speaker:are made from that place. Not from this place. Right? But like
Speaker:so not from your mind, not from logic, but from your own
Speaker:authority and your strategy. And like you said, you responded
Speaker:like we I was in a, in a in a breathwork facilitation, like
Speaker:training. I think it was on leadership or feminine
Speaker:leadership as well. And there was a response. And then we had
Speaker:conversations and again, your mind said, accountability,
Speaker:business coach next level, but the body had other ideas and was
Speaker:like, Okay, go on, then, you know, I'm saying Yes,
Speaker:apparently, I'm going with this. And so that does take a certain
Speaker:level of courage. And then also as we've looked at your human
Speaker:design, and the to fullness of again of like, What you also
Speaker:said, Maybe I didn't know the strategy. Yeah, you did your to,
Speaker:you know, everything, you don't actually need me to tell you
Speaker:what to do. But often, it's that clarity, that focus, the
Speaker:managing thing of like, I need to do everything right now. What
Speaker:do I actually do first? All of that, I think, is where we've
Speaker:actually gone with it.
Speaker:Yeah, I would agree. And actually, knowing that that's
Speaker:how I work. I used to think that that was like me just being
Speaker:really disorganised or unprepared. Or, you know, but
Speaker:actually, I know that, like, I've never had a lesson plan for
Speaker:the last 20 years of teaching, you know, in some teachers have
Speaker:lesson plans for every single lesson. And I'm like, I rock off
Speaker:and just see what comes through. And I thought that was me being
Speaker:unprepared or not being professional enough, because
Speaker:that's what we taught that we need to do. But actually, it's
Speaker:not it's that that's my intuition that I can read a room
Speaker:and know what comes, what comes in, and trust that I know that I
Speaker:will teach the class that is needed right there right now,
Speaker:rather than one that I've prepared, maybe two months
Speaker:earlier.
Speaker:So and yeah, the two line in me seems to take them in a new
Speaker:right. How, as knowing your operating system, and like like,
Speaker:like you said at the beginning you were a little bit resistant
Speaker:to going further into the human design and the mechanics and
Speaker:like all of it really like the there was a little part of you
Speaker:that was like just give me a strategy. Yeah, we went beyond
Speaker:that. But how was knowing your human design and understanding
Speaker:or being shown these parts of yourself and then checking it
Speaker:out for you? How has that impacted your confidence, your
Speaker:energy levels, your clarity all of that kind of thing?
Speaker:Well, it's given me a real sense of that it's not a fault with me
Speaker:it's that's how I work and that I accept that part of me now and
Speaker:embrace it more like a Don't worry that you I think before I
Speaker:used to worry and think I haven't got a plan. I'm not
Speaker:planning on what we're gonna do. But then actually, I don't
Speaker:actually need to plan because I just know what to do anyway. So
Speaker:that that has helped but also it's given me real clarity on
Speaker:you know, everything happens in its it the right time, and I
Speaker:just trusted that now, whereas before I think it was To be a
Speaker:bit like, push, push, push, you need to do this and you do this
Speaker:and the more you push, the less things happen. And actually, the
Speaker:more that you sit back and just accept that things will happen
Speaker:at the right time. And don't stress about it. And when you
Speaker:remove all those layers of conditioning, and all that stuff
Speaker:that we carry around with us, because we all do it actually,
Speaker:things happen, just in the in the flow, and at the right time
Speaker:and the rhythm, and it's actually a lot less stress, it's
Speaker:a lot less stressful to be like that. It's also gives you a much
Speaker:more clarity, because you're able to look back and see the
Speaker:bigger picture, rather than being in the picture. And also,
Speaker:it gives you when you've got clarity, you've got power,
Speaker:because then you know where you're going, you know what you
Speaker:want to do, you know, which which rock to grab on to win the
Speaker:floor, and which ones just to let go. As you're flowing down
Speaker:that river of life.
Speaker:What have we actually done? So you've signed up for like a
Speaker:three month package or like an offer that I was doing at the
Speaker:time? And then I offered you the opportunity to work with me for
Speaker:six months. Yeah. Again, like this was a decision. This was a
Speaker:fork in the road and an opportunity to say no, I've
Speaker:learned some stuff about me. It's so cool. Thanks, or to stay
Speaker:and to commit to six months now other managing again, the longer
Speaker:term commitments aren't necessarily a yes. And it wasn't
Speaker:a small amount of money to work with me for six months. Again,
Speaker:I'm really curious, what, what was the internal processing
Speaker:like? And what made you say yes?
Speaker:Well, again, I can't really explain it from my head. Asking
Speaker:me to explain these things I can't explain. It was like, yes,
Speaker:you need to keep working with me, because I thought I felt
Speaker:like at that point, we're on the cusp. We've done three months.
Speaker:And I felt like, right, okay, she was finally cracking my
Speaker:shell. We're getting to the, to the juicy bits. And that I just
Speaker:needed to let those juicy bits flow and bring in more juice and
Speaker:let juice out let us in and not anyone
Speaker:else got like when you said she's finally cracking my show,
Speaker:like is that an experience that you'd had before? Like had
Speaker:people actually seen through the armour or the like, pretence or
Speaker:the smarts, the intelligent? Has anyone seen through that before?
Speaker:in quite the same
Speaker:way? No, I don't think so. Because I come across as very.
Speaker:And I am very, like confident and know who I am. And I'm very,
Speaker:like, I've probably come across really like, this woman knows
Speaker:where she's gone and what she wants to do. But really inside,
Speaker:I'm probably the same as everybody else. And like, this
Speaker:is like a bit scary. But I don't let that bit stop me. But it is
Speaker:stuck kind of in you were just like, yeah, just like that big
Speaker:goal at that big goal and a big goal a bit more. And, and I did
Speaker:actually you're the first person, I'd probably have just
Speaker:let that bit go and just start. Actually, yeah, where is all
Speaker:this coming from? Where do I want to go? What do I want to do
Speaker:and be more reflective? I think the little group as well that
Speaker:you ran over Christmas, the siren thing was really good as
Speaker:well, with all those reflective questions and actually diving
Speaker:into what, where, why, how, where do we bring pleasure in
Speaker:and all of that kind of stuff? Like, when to actually stop to
Speaker:think about these things? It's actually really empowering. And
Speaker:I think that's where a lot of women don't do that. We're just
Speaker:tunnel vision.
Speaker:Well, and also I think there's the resistance piece. And a lot
Speaker:of people have fear, because they don't know what the answer
Speaker:is going to be long time people's resistance to working
Speaker:with me as I will reveal. There are things that the unavailable
Speaker:things or the truth or you know, and often people say, us here
Speaker:and you hear and see all the things I'm not saying, Ah for
Speaker:someone, you know, who is quite protective, quite private, quite
Speaker:controlled about what they put out in the world, which which I
Speaker:am to it is really scary for her to have somebody seeing beyond
Speaker:that. But it also unlocks a place of intimacy. That as you
Speaker:say, is actually once you're there, you're like, Oh, this
Speaker:feels good. Like I actually I'm opening up safety and power that
Speaker:I didn't even know I had access to. Yeah,
Speaker:yeah. And I remember you said something when I was because
Speaker:I've always been posting stuff with kettlebells. And my hands
Speaker:are like doing some Pilates move or doing something and you were
Speaker:like, Where where are you? Where is you? And you're like you're
Speaker:all over? But there's nothing about you. And I was like, You
Speaker:know what? Yeah, actually right. So I did, I did start posting
Speaker:more kind of like intimate things, I guess like more about
Speaker:me and my journey of where I came from, to where I am now.
Speaker:And actually, you know, like, I'm just the same as everybody
Speaker:else just gone through this thing of life. It's just that I
Speaker:made conscious decisions to set up my own business and start
Speaker:doing stuff, that it's really good for my health. So where I
Speaker:am now, is not where I would have been if I hadn't made those
Speaker:decisions. And, you know, it's not that I'm special. It's just
Speaker:that
Speaker:well, you are, you're totally special because you made those
Speaker:decisions, right. And every single one of those micro
Speaker:decisions is terrifying. Yeah, and plenty of people. And one of
Speaker:the reasons I wanted to share that is so that, that, you know,
Speaker:the working out is happening on the outside. And I think
Speaker:particularly for two lines, it's so difficult to do the working
Speaker:out on the outside, because we just do it, we don't even
Speaker:necessarily recognise that there was working out happening. Yeah,
Speaker:I'm able to share a little bit more what feels vulnerable,
Speaker:because for us, it requires a process of going from feeling
Speaker:into like processes and worth. That can be really, really
Speaker:powerful. And it's since working together, you have written a
Speaker:book, finished a book, launched a book, created, like a great
Speaker:programme, create structure around all the information and
Speaker:all the programmes manager and star that you've made, and
Speaker:poured it into one thing, so that it is one more accessible
Speaker:to other people, but to is takes spreads your energy outlets, so
Speaker:there's less power leaks, and allows you to still have fun and
Speaker:be spontaneous, but also know exactly where you are in your
Speaker:journey. True for you.
Speaker:Yes, absolutely. So I've got much more kind of, I think it
Speaker:would be logic to say. So in my manifesting generator style, as
Speaker:you rightly said, I had like lots of things like all over the
Speaker:place. And then you were like, right, okay. Let's just bring
Speaker:them all down. And let's look at them. And actually, where are
Speaker:your clients coming from? Where do you want them to go to where
Speaker:you want them to end up? And what's the transformation? It's
Speaker:like, yes, that's, that's the bit that I needed that,
Speaker:actually, because I just had these up here, these are para
Speaker:la, la, la La, everybody floating around. Nobody was
Speaker:linking to get nothing was coherent. So I had my plot is
Speaker:bit, my breathwork bit my kind of witchy bit. But that's what I
Speaker:needed the whole, like, integration of all the bits that
Speaker:and make it logical.
Speaker:There's nothing wrong with that. At all the other way around, and
Speaker:particularly for mani gens we're somewhere, at least my
Speaker:experience was people saying, the way you're doing it's wrong,
Speaker:you need to do one thing. And the way you're doing it is not
Speaker:an you do not need to do one thing. And let's not mix up
Speaker:doing one thing with being coherent, because they are,
Speaker:that's not the same thing at all. Yeah. What impact has
Speaker:having congruence and coherence in your business, on business,
Speaker:and
Speaker:it's created more clarity, more freedom, more time for me to do
Speaker:the things that I like to do, rather than like having a person
Speaker:commit like, like fitting jigsaw pieces together all the time.
Speaker:It's actually it's all automated now. So it actually makes sense.
Speaker:And it's freed up my time. So the right people, I know where
Speaker:to run an advert from now from this bit to go to that bit. And
Speaker:it's just, it makes it a lot. And actually, clients come in at
Speaker:the right spot, leave at the right spots, if they want to
Speaker:leave if it's not for them, which is something else that
Speaker:we've learned along the way is like, you know, you can't please
Speaker:everybody and don't try to you know, clients will leave you at
Speaker:the right when the time is right for them. Yeah, so it's amazing.
Speaker:I actually, yeah, can look at my business now and go Yeah, right,
Speaker:that person is going to come in there. That person is going to
Speaker:come in there. Maybe they'll buy my book, and they'll come in
Speaker:from that way. So it's all coherent. It's create a clarity,
Speaker:which creates more power, because then you can go
Speaker:actually, yes, this is like, now I know where to go from and now,
Speaker:so I'm not worried about this bit of the business at the top
Speaker:end. I can actually create the bits that I like that will lead
Speaker:them to that bit. Eventually because you have to meet your
Speaker:clients where they're at. So if they're coming in up there, but
Speaker:I really want them down here. I can be working with up, get down
Speaker:there with all that sorted.
Speaker:So you've got more clarity, more freedom, get to the bits that
Speaker:you actually like, rather than constantly worrying about
Speaker:workloads coming from where it's coming from. Right. So the Yeah,
Speaker:yeah. What does that meant? On the bottom line? Right? Are you
Speaker:making the same amount of money, more money, less money? Have you
Speaker:made that kind of thing? Where are you at with that?
Speaker:So I feel like, well, I'm making more money, definitely. But I
Speaker:feel like I'm on the cusp of actually making quite a lot more
Speaker:money once I launch my membership programme, which will
Speaker:be starting in the next couple of weeks. So then
Speaker:we will have started, right? And that will be yes, we will, um,
Speaker:well, I'm gonna put all the links in and everything. So you
Speaker:do want to share a little bit about where this programme came
Speaker:from, what it's called why it's called that, like, give us give
Speaker:us
Speaker:because Ebonie actually came up with the name. It's called The
Speaker:Wisdom Well, which is what my Gene Key, is Gene Key 40, which
Speaker:is the wisdom well, and we were talking about Gene Keys, that
Speaker:how am I like kind of what I'm here for my purpose was to
Speaker:impart wisdom and light, the shadow part of that country's
Speaker:son. So it's 70% of your neutrinos, and it's in your
Speaker:incarnation cross. Yeah. So you've got that. There's lots of
Speaker:other things as well, because some people might be listening,
Speaker:going, one gene keen, or you've got loads, but this is what like
Speaker:we focused in on that one. And in doing that, there was a real
Speaker:shift for you from like, I'm never going to know enough. I
Speaker:don't you know, that kind of inadequacy side of wisdom into
Speaker:this other place. Yeah, yes.
Speaker:And we were talking about that one day, weren't we? And like,
Speaker:how this is what my purpose was TFR and my neutrinos. And then
Speaker:you went up with some elbow a bit perfect name for something
Speaker:witness. Yes. And when you started talking about that, and
Speaker:actually, that's where I've come from, was that inadequacy that I
Speaker:have never felt that I would know enough. And I spend
Speaker:fortunes on trip, like, I've spent absolute bomb on training
Speaker:courses and stuff. And you know, what it all actually comes back
Speaker:to, we know this stuff inside already. And it's just actually
Speaker:starting to bring it out. And so my book, The embodied car, was,
Speaker:it's kind of half science, half mystical stuff, bringing the
Speaker:mystical and the physical together. And then the wisdom
Speaker:well kind of follows on from the book. And it's where we're gonna
Speaker:go deeper into all the juicy, the juicy stuff that we don't
Speaker:really talk about on the socials and stuff like that. And we're
Speaker:gonna go, really into all these things that, as women we need,
Speaker:we're taught that we need to do certain things. But actually,
Speaker:that's often coming from no don't want to be like, say, like
Speaker:in a patronising way, but from male trainers. So we're gonna,
Speaker:you need to do this, you need to do that, you need to lift a load
Speaker:of words. But actually, if you're wetting yourself, and you
Speaker:when you're lift a weight, that is not a good place to come
Speaker:from, you need to build from the inside out. And also, there's
Speaker:all the other stuff around when you actually look at women's
Speaker:pelvic pain, the science will tell you it's not due to being
Speaker:sedentary or overweight, which is what the medical world will
Speaker:tell you. It's much more about your bladder, your bowel you
Speaker:breathe in. And then that comes down to like stress levels and
Speaker:how you manage your stress how you manage your life, then that
Speaker:comes into boundaries and archetypes and Patriarch, and
Speaker:how you react and how you've been told that you need to be.
Speaker:But then actually, who are you that's what the western world is
Speaker:about. It's about this cusp, that was women of a certain age
Speaker:are going to be heading in towards the second spring. And
Speaker:it's actually like holding a mirror up to yourself. And
Speaker:because by the time we get to this edge, it's like who who
Speaker:actually are we and your children are flying the dust,
Speaker:your body's changing, your hormones are changing. And
Speaker:possibly you've got to this point, never ever asked yourself
Speaker:that. And it's like, let's let's face up to it,
Speaker:or have an idea of who you are in your minds. That hasn't
Speaker:actually evolved. Since the last time you left since you went
Speaker:through your Saturn Return right? Since you were like 28 to
Speaker:30 You've had this kind of stepping away from your parental
Speaker:paradigm. Yes, element of your own authority. And then maybe
Speaker:around your mid 40s With your Uranus house return you have
Speaker:this like midlife crisis like who am I really chilly. I mean
Speaker:those late 40s onwards, like you're saying, we get to enter
Speaker:this this second spring and normal parts of the world from
Speaker:the wisdom well, and in other parts of the world, dry up
Speaker:become useless and unseen. And that is a choice. And what I
Speaker:love about what you're doing with this programme is taking
Speaker:people on a journey and get to choose You choose what this next
Speaker:part of their life looks like, feels like on the incident.
Speaker:Absolutely.
Speaker:And we have so much more power than what we actually realise.
Speaker:And when we like you say you can try and fight it and you know,
Speaker:cause maybe more problems, or you can embrace it and actually
Speaker:really knuckle down and go deep into it. And what does it mean?
Speaker:What, how and how am I changing? Why am I changing? What can I do
Speaker:but coming up from a really loving and feminine way, rather
Speaker:than we've got to do this, we've got to do that. And don't get me
Speaker:wrong. I love weightlifting. And I love all the physical stuff.
Speaker:But it's coming at it from a loving perspective. Yeah, how
Speaker:are you, buddy, I
Speaker:really love that I'm excited for you to share, I'm going to make
Speaker:sure that all the links are near this in the show notes so that
Speaker:people can come up. If people want to carry on the
Speaker:conversation, if they want to interact with you, if they want
Speaker:to see some of those smoking more vulnerable posts, where is
Speaker:the best place for them.
Speaker:So I'm my website, organic pilates.co.uk, you'll find all
Speaker:my Instagram and Facebook links. Also, you'll find the link to my
Speaker:book on there as well. And you can sign up for my newsletter on
Speaker:there, too. And I'll be in touch.
Speaker:Amazing. And I love the book. I love the book because it's you
Speaker:know, it's so unique, takes you on this journey and all of those
Speaker:things, and I but I also really like how it feels. I really like
Speaker:the size of it in our gym space next to my Pilates mat. And it
Speaker:is that kind of thing where I'm like, Well, what am I going to
Speaker:do I know I'll just sit on my mat with yours, but and then you
Speaker:know, and then it unfolds and I kind of go from there. And
Speaker:that's a really nice gift and think that the book does. So for
Speaker:people. So if anyone is unsure and doesn't know where to start,
Speaker:go and get the book. I think we're going to wrap it up there.
Speaker:But in the patron part, I'm going to ask you some quick fire
Speaker:round, personal nosy questions. How do you feel about that?
Speaker:You get scared? Don't know what you're gonna ask is? No, no, no,
Speaker:no,
Speaker:no ask you because I put this No.
Speaker:No, just come in to have a conversation with me. It's so
Speaker:small, small things that you can make big changes over a long
Speaker:period of time. So if you're struggling with anything, do do
Speaker:get in touch.
Speaker:And if people are thinking about coming and doing one to one with
Speaker:me, it's so interesting that like small changes over a period
Speaker:of time. Again, like I think the conversation one of the
Speaker:conversations we had last week was a round that right of like,
Speaker:it's almost like you don't see the changes happening within
Speaker:yourself. When like at the beginning, there's always that
Speaker:like, at least the pattern that I see when they come away is
Speaker:this is really scary. And there's a level of defence and
Speaker:resistance. And then and we've talked about that a little bit
Speaker:and then that drops. And then it so almost like oh, it's just
Speaker:conversations, right? We just hang out and we have
Speaker:conversations. And then I'm pretty sure this tiny part of
Speaker:your brain or anyone on board. Is this even doing anything?
Speaker:We're just chatting. And then there's this bit and this what
Speaker:you were saying, Whoa, so much has changed. And I hadn't even
Speaker:realised. Yeah. Does that. Does that feel accurate to how you
Speaker:would describe the journey? Yeah,
Speaker:and sometimes I can't even remember what we've talked
Speaker:about. But something Yeah, something's happened. I mean,
Speaker:look at my hair. I didn't even have hair like I didn't have
Speaker:green hair when
Speaker:I might get you just send and I might put it in the show notes
Speaker:actually, because like your transformation has been
Speaker:physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual, right?
Speaker:Like the whole thing that you don't look like the same person.
Speaker:Your energy is so much bigger. Your goals, your ambitions, your
Speaker:dislike, like all of it is just massively expanded from
Speaker:Yeah, yeah, I feel like I've stepped into high priestess
Speaker:energy or something like really have and you know what, so many
Speaker:people have commented on social media, like, you look like
Speaker:you're stepping into your power. And I actually and I said this
Speaker:to you the other day, like, you know, every year you've got I
Speaker:feel like this is the year for me, and actually do feel that
Speaker:this year, and I feel like actually energetically it's
Speaker:different. It actually feels different. This is this is just
Speaker:what happens, I think. Yeah,
Speaker:and I would say that's self actualization. And so you know,
Speaker:we started with the like, What even is
Speaker:what does it mean? It's
Speaker:that Yeah, yeah. And so has that like, has your understanding of
Speaker:what self actualization is changed? Yeah,
Speaker:because this is it. Where do I go next? What will happen next?
Speaker:And so my last question for you do go into the other bit. At the
Speaker:beginning, you were like, I was looking for a business coach and
Speaker:accountability. And then you got me. You were to describe to
Speaker:somebody not using my language using yours, what I actually do
Speaker:with people, what would you say is
Speaker:a good question, I would say, you hold a mirror up to them,
Speaker:and then drag them through a little bit and around and
Speaker:shuffle them around and shake, shake, shake them out, and then
Speaker:rebuild them. But that if I very nice way, in a very gentle way,
Speaker:and a very kind of your end, and you're like me now going, how
Speaker:did I get here from a year ago?
Speaker:I am really going to try and like every time anyone describes
Speaker:that you go through with me? I am yet to find anyone who
Speaker:describes it in a kind, gentle other than resistance? Has it
Speaker:actually been painful at any point.
Speaker:There has been moments of like, actually, yeah, pain. That was
Speaker:not I wouldn't say much physical pain, you don't get your whip
Speaker:out or anything. But I would say there is moments where you
Speaker:anguish maybe
Speaker:I'm gonna go with a different question. Was it worth it? Would
Speaker:you recommend it? Yes,
Speaker:yes, yes. Yes, absolutely.
Speaker:Um, and, for me, ultimately, the proof is in the pudding, as they
Speaker:say, right. Like, you wouldn't be coming on this podcast show
Speaker:that for me, you know, we wouldn't be having this
Speaker:conversation. The energy wouldn't be the way that it is
Speaker:if that wasn't true. And yeah, I don't mind ultimately, I don't
Speaker:mind whether people like me or not, or whether it is painful,
Speaker:because I know on the other side, it is worth it. And you
Speaker:step into being the powerful you that you are, I have always seen
Speaker:you as
Speaker:trust the process is what I'll say. And it is a process and
Speaker:yeah, as with any journey, there's ups and there's downs,
Speaker:but ultimately, at the end, it's all worth it.
Speaker:Thank you so much for coming and having this really honest
Speaker:conversation. I am looking forward to the next bit Soros
